Chaplin Building & Repointing is an Eastbourne-based remedial building contractor working across East Sussex. We work with property owners, managing agents, housing associations and main contractors to repair, restore and protect masonry, concrete and weather-exposed elements of buildings — from period cottages to interwar housing stock and modern commercial frames.
Every project starts with a proper site survey. We diagnose the cause of the failure first — moisture path, mortar mismatch, corroded wall ties, carbonation in concrete — and then specify the right system. No defaulting to whatever's on the van.
